The private owners of oil and gas mineral rights in the Fayetteville Shale are an integral part of the domestic oil and gas industry. Working together through ROFS, owners have a voice and advocate for the protection of their rights.
About ROFS
The Royalty Owners of the Fayetteville Shale (ROFS) are organized for the primary purpose of supporting and advocating for the mineral royalty owners in the Fayetteville Shale Play. This includes but is not limited to engaging the public, public officials as well as, legislative and executive branches for providing transparency and integrity for the rightful and lawful payment of royalties to citizens of the state of Arkansas.
